Seg\u00fan esta pol\u00edtica:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Las anulaciones s\u00f3lo se tendr\u00e1n en cuenta si la solicitud se presenta en los 30 d\u00edas siguientes a la realizaci\u00f3n del pedido. No obstante, la solicitud de anulaci\u00f3n no se tendr\u00e1 en cuenta si los pedidos se han comunicado a los vendedores\/comerciantes y estos han iniciado el proceso de env\u00edo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chant Now no acepta solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos perecederos como flores, comestibles, etc. Sin embargo, el reembolso \/ sustituci\u00f3n se puede hacer si el cliente establece que la calidad del producto entregado no es buena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de recibir art\u00edculos da\u00f1ados o defectuosos, notif\u00edquelo a nuestro Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente. No obstante, se atender\u00e1 la solicitud una vez que el comerciante haya comprobado y determinado el estado de los mismos por su cuenta. Deber\u00e1 notificarse en un plazo de 30 d\u00edas a partir de la recepci\u00f3n de los productos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caso de que considere que el producto recibido no es como se muestra en el sitio o seg\u00fan sus expectativas, debe ponerlo en conocimiento de nuestro servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente en un plazo de 30 d\u00edas desde la recepci\u00f3n del producto.
