I consider that relationship as follows: religion is that part of following rules and regulations and cultural traditions just as rituals without paying attention to the core or real meaning of those processes. On the contrary, spirituality has to do with following those rules and regulations but from a profound point of view aiming at have a deeper relationship with God.
